Possible to use Marketo to re-target impressions on Facebook to then point to different platforms?

I am a beginner and am still figuring out Marketo. I am wondering if anyone knows how to do this and if it is even possible. If so which platforms are available to use and what is the price to do so. I couldn't seem to find any info here about this topic so if anyone is willing to chime in or link a thread would be very helpful. Thanks so much!
