Possible to Search Using Sales Insight in SFDC?

We're using the Sales Insight integration with our Salesforce application. Our CEO just asked me an interesting question that I don't know the answer to, so I thought I'd reach out here.

He was wondering if it's possible for him to do a search within Salesforce for contact records who have 3 fire symbols or 3 stars (what's the difference between the two, by the way?). I know I can build Smart Lists in Marketo for contacts that fit certain criteria, but he doesn't need to learn a new system and has plenty of other things on his plate. If it's possible to search within SFDC, that would be really cool.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and if so, how to do it?

    No, you cannot do this.

    Flames = how fast the lead score changed

    Stars = is this lead in the top X% of all leads by lead score (you can adjust this in Admin).

    Your Best Bets should be able to show you a list sorted by Stars and Flames.

    Another way to do this is to just sort records by Lead Score or Behavior Score, which is in SFDC (or should be). Or even do this with a smart list and subscribe the CEO to this list.
