Possible to creat a marketo Landing page by uploading HTML

Is it possible to creat  a marketo Landing page by uploading HTML file directly ? so that during the upload, marketo add the tracking code for this LP automatically.

I believe the wasiest way to do this would be to create a new Landing Page template and paste the HTML directly into that. You can then create a landing page with that template and will not have to do any editing.

Please be aware of triggers if that landing page template contains forms and that template is used by two or more programs/events.

Ok I see, do you mean it's better to create a landing page without form as template, then create a local LP by using this template, and attache a local marketo form to the local LP, so that all triggers will only be with local forms ?
