Possible duplicate list

I am having huge issues with our possible duplicates list this week. We were down to 0 duplicates, but then we've had a few tradeshows & sales reps uploading a list into Salesforce (my nightmare!) that created about 200 again. I'm trying to do the clean up so we're back down to none, but every time I merge 2 together, the list doesn't automatically refresh. Sometimes it even reverts back to the list before I started working and I have to refresh 2-3 times to get it back to where I was. Help! :(

I was experiencing the same after merging 2 duplicate records.  It wouldn't referesh in the Possible Duplicates list.  But when I did a search for the record that I merged in the leads database it only shows 1 record.  Kind of confusing and I thought it was just me.

Our possible duplicates list can be a little quirky, too. Sometimes pages will "disappear" and then come back. And yes, we have a lot of pages so I'm jealous of your zero duplicates!
