Possibility to protect some files (or file folders) from update with a role or a password

Scenario : you created a nice looking LP template and stored some JS librairies and the CSS files in Marketo. and some who thinks they know what they are doing replace the files after having edited them... and your template gets completely broken.

It should be possible to protect certain files or file folders from edition with the usage of a password or through role permission. For instance, each workspace "images and file" folder would have a "Protected files" folder and "access to protected files" would be a role permission. Nothing very complicated, but good enough.
