Poor Deliverability to hotmail.com

We are noticing poor levels of email delivery to hotmail.com specifically (overall deliverability is less than 75%, with the vast majority of hotmail.com addresses going to "pending" then "soft bounce" after 30 plus hours)

Is anyone else experiencing this currently - maybe specific to the European infrastructure?

We have a ticket open with support - just canvasing separately how widespread this issue appears to be.

You can help alleviate this problem by splitting up your sends to @hotmail.com over a period of time instead of sending all at once.

Break it up into 2 or more lists and send with a wait step. 
 

Sometimes Marketo Support or the system will help with this.
