Poll: is your Revenue Cycle Model working right?

I've seen a few RCM implementations now where most of the leads are not in the right stages.  Lots of reasons for this, but I'm wondering if companies are even testing this.

A - You "set it and forgot it", and don't know how to test
B - You know how to test but haven't done it yet
C - You tested once or twice after implementation and it was working as expected
D - You test every month and its working as expected
