Point in Time Report for YTD

Is it possible, as it is in Salesforce, to create a "point in time" report via RCE or otherwise in Marketo?

I am looking to view the following as a snapshot of point-in-time:

  • Rows:
    • Lead Owner
    • Converted to Opportunity
  • Columns
    • Lead Created Month
  • Measures
    • Number of Leads

RCE can do this. Just plug in your criteria.

@Josh Hill,

We are seeing differences in the numbers between SFDC and MKTO RCE, and are trying to get to the bottom of it.

There is a discrepancy between SFDC report and MKTO.

You might have some leads in Marketo that do not sync with SFDC, which would lead the numbers to be lower in SFDC than in Marketo. Search the community for sync error troubleshooting.

Hi Geoff,

AFAIK, this is only possible in RCE.

I also understand that the new email insight will provide this capability, as it will enable to select the reporting period or even to compare 2 periods.

Can you elaborate on AFAIK?

Marketo standard analytics have not way to take a snaphot of the values in a report at any point in time. You could subscribe to a report and archive these reports on you laptop, though, but it is not very convenient....

RCE enables to run a report as of a precise date, as written by Josh.
