PNG Image with Transparent Background

When I have a PNG that has a partial transparent background, does it convert to white for everyone or is it happening to me in error? Part of an image that I'm trying to use needs to be transparent so the background color of the box will show through.

 

Is this possible?

    Nevermind! It took a few minutes for the image to update. It's working as expected.
