Please can you confirm what exactly can be accessed under each user role?

I basically need to know if and how I can give someone access to reporting only without showing any lead or customer information like email addresses etc? 

Is that possible, if so, what do I need to do and which role of the above should I select,  I think it would be 'Analytics User' but can't be sure.

we are using Analytics User for this type of users.

Yes, Analytics works.

You can create Roles with different permissions. Usually you can click on the Role and press Edit to view the specific permissions. Standard and Marketing usually have the same options, but can't access Admin. Web Designer can only view Design Studio. Analytics can only see Reports/Analytics section.

It may be possible for an Analytics user to see a lead's details because Web and Company Web reports will show people data and possibly email addresses. Lead Reports will also show this information under the Smart List section in the email address filter. Analytics users cannot modify data, only reports.

If you absolutely do not want them to see lead data, you may have to create a special role and tinker with it.

Hi Josh

I don't see how within my Marketo settings I can create custom user permissions/roles to completely remove the ability to view lead info.

Do you know how and where that can be set up please?
