Wow! I just got a live chat invite in the community when I'd been on an article for a while and I was totally impressed! Definitely a step in the right direction, Marketo.

I noticed the same thing today.  My only question is will these conversations be kept within the community?  That's really the main benefit of the community - to learn how issues were addressed in the past, learn best practices, etc.  I just hope this doesn't reduce the participation rate in the community.

I think it's mainly to find articles (which might be a bigger issue that Marketo should be/is addressing with the new search), but I agree that I would hope it doesn't decrease participation in the community.
