Person count different between csv and marketo import

Hi there, we have been working on a few Marketo emails lately and noticed that the csv file count is different than the person count when uploaded into Marketo. I understand that discrepancy can be due to duplicate email addresses in the csv file, and that Marketo would ignore these in the upload. But any other reasons that could account for this? Thanks.

You should be comparing the static List members (for the List you targeted during CSV import) to the CSV. That will show you the exact delta. What do you see?
