Performance of Marketo when setting up assignment rules for leads

Mac/Safari or Mac/Chrome both show the same problem.

When using Marketo to set up rules to assign leads to our business partners there's a delay of around 30 seconds when I click on [Add Choice] and similar when I try to type in "assign to" - at the same time, the System Mobitor shows my CPU usage go to 100% and every other app goes slow.

Anyone else seen this and have a fix?

I tried a PC using IE and it was even slower.  IE also displayed a message saying "a script is causing IE to run slowly, do you want to kill it?"

Also, on the Mac, sometimes it says "Safari is not responding" and recommends I reload all the tabs.

Does anyone from support read these community posts?  Has nyone here set up multiple rules to assign leads to partners based on criteria - we have around 100 rules so far and I am wondering if the response rate is getting steadily worse as more are being added.
