PDF Link Load Time

Has anybody else had issues with PDFs uploaded to the Design Studio and linked to from an email taking FOREVER to load?

I have attempted to send a couple of emails with links to PDFs hosted in the Design Studio, only to have to host them elsewhere prior to send due to the documents taking so long to load >1minute - even for small PDFs 700kb.

Is there anything that can be done to address the load time?

Hi Leah,

I just tried the pdf file for about 500kb, it took just few seconds.You may need to contact support.
