Pausing Nurture Stream

Hello Members,

I am designing a nurture stream & If someone enters in the nurture steam then they pause in any other streams they are currently in.

Can anyone help in creating a Pause for this condition

Hi @Shailendra Dubey,

Are you talking about pausing the lead within the same nurture program?  Or you have multiple nurture programs and you want to pause the other programs for this person?

A little bit more clarity would be great to answer the question.

I am having multiple nurture programs & I want to pause the other program for this person.

If person A enters in Nurture program 2 then person A will pause receiving content from any other Nurture program if they are part of them.

Hi Shailendra,

What you will want to do is to add the Change Engagement Program Cadence flow step to your new nurture feeder smart campaign and use Add Choice for each engagement program that you want to Pause them. It's best to put it at the beginning of your flow steps and leave the default blank. 

If you have more than one nurture someone could be part of, then you would want to have separate flow steps for each one of the engagement programs.
