Pause Nurture Campaign

We have a list that is being run through a 6-email nurture campaign, but a couple of the people on the list have just had a new Salesforce owner assigned, which is why I would like to pause them from the nurture campaign. (The nurture campaign is only for the leads of Salesperson A.)

What I did was set up a campaign that says that they are a Member of Engagement Program (member is true, cadence is normal) AND set a trigger of Owner Changes and set that to Owner not contains (Salesperson A) and set Old Owner contains (Salesperson A).

Here is what it looks like:

Will that work?  I am hoping that, when this situation arises in the future, these leads will be paused automatically.

The flow would  be to Pause.

That would seem to work. I'd test it though because Owner Changes is a bit finicky. The other suggestion is when should a lead be unpaused? Or should they be unpaused?

If you don't want to ever re-nurture them here, then I'd push the lead into an Empty Stream to retain data while effectively pausing them.

Thanks, Josh.

But, what is an "empty stream?"  I've not heard of that before.

An empty stream is a stream with no content.
