Partial vs Full Sync for Marketo and CRM and using queues

Wanted to see if there's anyone out there using Marketo and Dynamic 365 CRM. Are you currently doing a partial sync or full sync of all lead/person records before they are even assigned to a lead owner. Are you currently using Queues to hold all pre-MQL/SQL leads?
