Overall subject lines report

It would really be helpful to be able to pull out all of the subject lines used, say in the month of November - all campaigns deployed. Is there currently a way to do this? Right now, I have to look at each individual email, preview the email, and then copy and paste it into a separate excel file for reporting. Extremely time-consuming! any chance of finding another way?
