Outside survey results automatically sent by email

Hi,

One of our partner is building a survey for us. We have been asked if we can automatically sent their survey answers by email to the people answering the survey (using marketo, of course).

The survey isn't a marketo form, so we are not sure if we can do it.

Any idea this can be achieved?

    Hi @Stéphanie Veilleux ,

    It is absolutely possible, but you will likely either need to find a way to connect the survey tool to Marketo (e.g. via API/webhook), or you'll need to create some custom fields and upload a CSV file mapping the answers to those custom fields.

    The option that's best for you will depend on a) whether you want/need the email to be triggered upon survey submission (csv import would not support this for obvious reasons), and b) which survey tool is being used - some, like survey money, have native integrations to Marketo, some can be connected to Marketo via tools like Zapier - which will be better able to support trigger based email sends.
