Outlook templates not appearing

I just installed the add-in so Marketo will track emails sent through Outlook. Our Marketo templates are not appearing. We do not use SFDC; does that make a difference?

Have you published any templates to sales? It is a setting you need to enable on the template.

You need to go to the actual email in Marketo, go to settings and check publish to sales insights
