Outlook Appointment link

Is there any way to add a link in an email that will open an appointment they can schedule in Outlook? I am not talking about the Save the Date token that already exists. This is so the recipient can schedule an appointment that will appear in the sender's outlook.

Ben,

As of now, there is no easy way to do this. If you are sending a specific time (i.e. Click here to meet Tuesday at 2:00pm), then you could trigger a campaign from that clicked link which creates a task for the rep in Salesforce. There is no way to do dynamic calendar invites today.

Not entirely sure this is what you are looking for but you could create a .ics file and upload that file to Marketo then grab the URL to the file and place it in your email. When clicked it triggers Outlook to open this as a calendar appointment for the user to save.

I have used this website to do so (http://www.pratie.com/lab/icalendar/). Hope this helps.
