Outlook Add-In registration code Instructions needed

I would like to enable Marketo emails to be sent through Outlook, but cannot find any help articles on how to send the "invite email" referred to here: http://community.marketo.com/MarketoArticle?id=kA050000000KywLCAS. Does anyone know how to do this or how to obtain the registration code for installing the Outlook Add-in?

Admin > Sales Insight > Email Add-in Tab > Issue License
