Out of Office Replies Getting Sent to From Email Address

I have been having an issue with Marketo and was hoping someone had some advice they could share. We have sent a couple of emails out where the Out of Office replies are getting sent back to the From Email Address instead of the Reply To Email Address. Marketo Support said this had to do with the settings of the email client that the email was being delivered to, however, it only happens sporadically even though we are emailing the same group of leads. Has anyone had this happen to them before or have any advice on how to fix this issue?
