Organizing Bi-weekly WBRs in Marketo

Hi,

We are in talks about starting up bi-weekly training webinars (we use Webex).

Any ideas (or experiences) on the best way to do this in Marketo with set-up (campaigns), forms, tokens, etc... I'd obviously like the least manual work possible.

Hi Kim,
 

I had creative build templates for the invitation, reminder, alerts, reg confirmation and follow up emails. Then I built a program template that includes all of my assets, tokens and smart campaigns that are needed to execute a webinar.

I recommend using tokens for commonly used data within the assets (date and time of webinar, add to outlook, host name etc...) and I add the tokens to each asset.
