Oracle Integration

We are currently using Oracle Applications (EBS) release 12 (12.1.3). The only communication between Oracle and Marketo is when a lead matures in Marketo, it is then passed to Oracle.
 
Where can I find information (APIs, etc.) on how to make this monologue a dialog between the two? I know that it's not common for Marketo users to have Oracle as a CRM.
