Opt Out & View In Browser Links

I was wondering if there is a token or some sort of code snippet I could use to embed my opt out and view in browser links into my email templates? I'd prefer them to be in the template instead of outside of the email design.

So going a bit further here:

1. You can modify the html in the default settings if that helps you. Just be careful with the existing link as Steffen displayed.

2. You can delete what's in the default, although you have to have at least a dot or a colored text to match your email backgrounds. Then you can insert your unsubscribe links into your templates as desired. I would recommend coming up with a subscription management system before you do this.
