Opportunity Sync

Hello,

I am trying to sync opportunity info into Marketo but it's not showing. I see the fields under Marketo field management but am unsure what to do to get the actual info into Marketo. If anyone has any insight, please advise.

Hi Christian,

Can you provide a little input as to what CRM are you using and how are you getting this Opportunity information into Marketo?

I should have mentioned that. We are using SFDC for the sync and nothing

from the "opportunity" section feeds over into Marketo.

Hi Christian,

Thanks for the input.

Can you get the SFDC admin to check the permission settings for the Opportunity Object? Marketo would need to have the permission to read these objects in order to populate the information.

Secondly, can you also confirm that your opportunities have contact roles? only the opportunities that are linked to a contact will be shown in Marketo.
