Opportunity - Product Type Not Accurate

Hi,

I'm trying to use the opportunity (SalesForce) filter in a smart list, and then pull by product type.  Our less common product type brings no results.  However, if we search for a more common product type, it brings several results (but not all of them!).  The dates the opportunities for the more common product type range from 2012 to Feb 2015 (I thought maybe there was a sync issue that stopped newer opps from syncing.)

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Thank you!

verify the counts in SFDC and that the associated leads are in SFDC and Marketo.

Are you using the Has Opportunity filter?

Also I wonder is product type a field on opportunities or are you using the related opportunity products object?

Hi,

Just an update to this.  It turns out that the opportunities are only there as they can relate to contacts.  Once I had a contact role on the opportunity it pulled through.

Thanks!
