Opportunity "contact roles" are defined in SFDC, but not showing in Marketo?

I think I might be missing a basic step in setting up the Marketo and SFDC sync because I am not getting the Opportunity Contact Roles that I have defined in SFDC as options in Marketo.

When I create a smartlist and attempt to filter based on Role, the control where I would select the role I want to filter against isn't pulling in anything (when I click it, it momentarily displays "Searching..." but then doesn't show any of the contact role options I have defined in SFDC, or allow me to select anything for that matter):

My Opportunity Contact Roles are definitely defined in SFDC. I'm wondering if I've missed something on the SFDC Marketo Profile that is preventing Marketo from seeing the opportunity contact roles?

Thanks for any help or guidance you can provide!

there is lots of fields like the one you mentioned that contains a lot of data or will take too long to query the database and won't render results  after the searching has finished.

Unless you know specifically what your looking for you can add the text.

Hi Ed -

Was any progress made on this? I am having a similar issue, and this is not a case of excessive data - Role is defined in SFDC, but the contents of the field are not carrying over to Marketo. There is a Role field, but it is blank.

My SFDC Admin assures me that permission are set appropriately. Any idea what could be causing this lack of data?

Was this ever resolved? I'm having the same issue. I don't think it's an issue of the picklist taking too long to load. My smart campaigns don't seem to be "seeing" the contact role roles.
