Operational email question

If we have two leads in SFDC with the same email address, both of them qualify for a campaign since they both have the same email address, if you send an operation email to that email address, will the email get sent twice? Or will marketo see that its the same email address and only send one?

The lead will get 1 email. Marketo knows to dedupe at the Run point. It just won't show you before you press Run.
