Does anyone know a quick reference to obtain opens and CTR benchmarks against current industry standards for 2013-14? For example the average industry % rate for opens that we can target against for 2014....

You can check ReturnPath, IBM deliverability. Marketo may still be running their benchmarking project. Or Sirius Decisions might have data. I had the link for another one, but I can't find it now.
