Opens and clicks

Recently we changed our email domain.  We set up the SPF and DKIM with our IT department and verified with Marketo that it was correct at which point they activiated it.  However, we still have no opens or clicks from several email sends which has never happened in the past.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to why this might be happening?

Can you do a test and see if your clicks come through?

Did you also change the branded tracking domain?

No we did not change the branded tracking domain.

I did an internal test and I have open and click results.

I did an external test on 2 gmail accounts and 1 aol and I received the opens and clicks.
