Does anyone have stats on what an average delivered, opened, clicked rate would be?   Thanks for your help!

Hey Karen!

I found this table of average industry open rates - it's from Constant Contact. Check it out: http://support2.constantcontact.com/articles/FAQ/2499#Comparison. It's recent as of Feb. 2015.

Karen,

Depends on your database segment, industry and whether you're marketing to businesses or consumers, but typical healthy metrics are the following:
  • Deliverability: >90%
  • Open Rate: 5 to 50%
  • Clicked Rate: 0.5 to 10%
