Only sending sales alerts during the business week

Is there a way to only send alerts M-F? We are setting up flows to send a series of follow up alerts if a demo request is not handled within a certain amount of time. So for instance:

A demo is requested:
1. Alert is sent to lead owner
2. Wait 1 hour
3. If no activity send alert to sales director
4. Wait 2 hours
5. If no activity send alert to ___
6. you get the picture...

What we're trying to avoid is a demo request that comes in at 11pm on a Friday night and 6 alerts going out about no action over the weekend. Does anyone know how to set up alerts that only go out M-F?
