One Webform for multiple locations

2/ on "fills ou form" trigger and "filled out form" filter, you can add constraints to identify people who filled out a form on a specific page. Therefore, you can, and should (for maintenance easiness), locate your forms in the design studio.

It depends on what you are trying to do.

If you have just one page where this form is embedded, you might want to just add a dropdown with store locations.

If you have a page per store, it the implementation would depend on whether you are using Marketo or non-Marketo landing pages, but it would definitely be better to create just one form.

1. If the form is embedded on marketo landing pages, it's pretty easy, you can embed it on as many pages as you want and just add add a constraint "web page is"

Hi everyone - Thank you for your response.

If I create one form and utilize the referrer URL, how would it know what location it is coming from once someone submits the form?

Also, I am trying to send an alert to a sales rep if someone submits a form based on location.  Would I have to create a smart list for each location or can it be under one smart list?  I currently have it set up as Smart List --> Form Name Is and Referrer Contains: store location
