One-time sync from Salesforce to Marketo based on specific Lead Owner

Hi all - 

I accidentally deleted leads in Marketo that were assigned to a specific Lead Owner. The leads are still in Salesforce though. I tried to find documentation on this, but wasn't able to.

Is there a way to do a one-time sync of leads based on Lead Owner from Salesforce --> Marketo?

Hello!

As long as your Marketo sync user still has access, and youre not preventin new leads to be added to your instance that are in SFDC, they should appear again.
