One form for multiple landing pages

I'd like to use one basic form for multiple landing pages. When the form is filled out, a smart campaign would know how to respond, based on the landing page the form is on. Is that possible?

John,

In the Fills Out Form trigger, you can specify which page the form completion happened on. Click on Add Contraints and select webpage.  This will allow only prospects who filled out the form on the specified page to go through the flow steps.

Sure is John.

In your smart list pull in your global form and use a constraint to call for the landing page the form lives on.

Hope that helps.

Thanks! So it sounds like I need a separate smart campaign for every page the form is on.
I was hoping to set the trigger so that one smart campaign runs when the form is filled out, and then there would be a separate flow steps for each web page. Possible?

Yes, you need a separate smart campaign for each page if the flow needs to vary by page.
