On24 not passing field values.

We are using Marketo forms to register for On24 webinars but occasionally leads find the On24 reg page. When someone fills out the On24 registration form and they are unknown to Marketo, the required On24 fields First/Last/Company are not being pushed to Marketo. Has anyone experienced this problem?

Hi Adam,

We only support a push from a Marketo Landing Page to ON24, not vice versa.  There might be a way to turn off the ON24 landing page, but I would give them a call to find out for sure.

So, attendance and email address are the only fields passed to Marketo from On24? What would it take to get the other fields turned on? For these particular webinars, we are seeing SFDC sync errors.

Hi Adam -  what did you guys end up doing for the sync issue?  Did you turn off the ON24 registration page?

Hi Ande,

We did not turn off the ON24 registration page. We have recently upgraded our ON24 subscription and will soon be implementing Scribe aka ON24 Integration Services. For now though, we've updated our SFDC sync option so that "Default Lead Last Name" and "Default Lead Company" will use "{Blank}". Then the lead is routing to the unknown lead queue for marketing ops to work. The volume of net new leads from On24 is pretty low and this method has been pretty successful.

Hi Adam,

Yes, we only pass information for attendance and email address post event.  To turn on other fields would require development work.
