OFT file type to link to that will work outside of Outlook

We have an email that we want to basically attach an .oft (email prefilled template to) to link to in an email - however .oft files do not work outside of Outlook. I'm looking for a solution.

You can't attach anything to a Marketo email so this is a non-starter....

What are you trying to accomplish? Sanford is right that you cannot attach anything to a Marketo email, but you can link to a hosted file. Maybe we can think of a work-around.

I hosted an OFT file in design studio to link in an email for the purpose of giving our distributors a pre-filled email to push to customers. In testing it was working for me except when the mail was forwarded. I did a real send to myself, however, and the file did not work properly.
