Obsolete Fields in SFDC still showing in Marketo

My Marketo instance still shows 100s of old SFDC fields that are either currently not used or have been deleted in SFDC. Is there a way (other than hiding) to permanently rid viewing these fields in Marketo? They have caused me to mismap fields during list uploads and forms creation.

Hey Suzanne,

Unfortunately this is one of the shortcomings of Mkto in my opinion. As of now, you're only option is to hide the fields. Mkto does not allow you to delete fields, regardless of whether or not they exist in SFDC still. 

I am sure that there is an idea about this. I would recommend upvoting it!
