OAuth Scopes app permission for SF users into using an OAuth-connected app

After applying the new SFDC OAuth scope app permission, the sync worked perfectly with just two permission settings from SFDC. The current Marketo documentation, which recommends granting permission to all options, needs to be updated.

• Manage user data via APIs (Api)
• Perform requests at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)
