nurtured leads not imported

Hello and happy new year ..

While importing leads from from Marketo into Salesforce, those with the status "Nurtured" are not getting imported; facing no import issues with those with "Open" Status.

Any idea why and how to sort this out for all leads to be imported regardless of their status? Noting that these are all new leads (so they do not pre-exist on Salesforce).

Rana Nassar​,

Can you please provide more details regarding your overall system sync with SF. I am a bit confused from your description above. Do you not have a 1-1 sync between the systems? Have you a Smart Campaign triggering the sync (Show screenshots)? Could it be that they syncing but are hidden from your SF user level?
