Nurture Programs: Stream Tracking Question

Hello!

I have just begun using nurture programs and am wondering if there's a way to report/track when people move between streams in the program? Is this an existing report or does anyone have a method to creating this?

Hi @Morgan McGrane ,

You can use the Engagement Stream Performance Report to track the overall performance of your emails in various streams, how ever to track as to when people moved between streams, you can create a smart list as demonstrated in the below snapshot.

You can also use constraints to further narrow down your reporting as demonstrated below

    We also like the "Campaign Activity" report type for this. If you organize your Engagement Program's transitions with daily recurring Smart Campaigns, the Campaign Activity Report gives a good overview on how many records were transitioned between your streams. Set "Date of Activity" to yesterday and have it sent to you daily, and it will also give a great error tracker.
