Nurture Program Success - Stop emails?

Hey guys,

Pretty easy question but I can't seem to find the answer in the community.

If I switch the "Program Status" to Success in an engagement program when someones does Action X, will he stop receiving emails from the nurture program?

Hi Jean-Pascal,

No - to stop them from receiving emails, you would need to one of the following:

1) Set the lead's cadence to Paused (use the "Change Engagement Program Cadence" flow step)

2) Remove them from the program

3) Move them to a stream which does not have content

The success status is for reporting only, and has no bearing on the functionality of the program. Also keep in mind that if the lead has already received all of the emails in a stream, they will not be resent the same emais.
