Nurture campaign - Emails

Hi Team,

We have a nurture campaign with three emails and have one stream.

The first email was sent, out of which few records didn’t receive email due to communication limits. So, we schedule the email 1 to send via a smart campaign next day.

Email 2 and 3 are scheduled to send 2 weeks EVERY 2 WEEKS.

Now the question is does the stream tries to send email 1 to people who didnt receive email 1 due to communication limits when email 2 goes out ?.

HI ​@DeepthiGo1 ,

Nurture programs are designed to send email on a fixed cadence.

For any member who have not been sent an email from the program will receive the 1st active email in the stream at corresponding cast & subsequent there after.

In your scenario people who have reached the communication limits will receive the same email on the next cast if they still qualify for the program member.
