Notification when someone edits the Form

Hi Team,

I want to give some idea regarding form notifications. If any user edit the forms a particular permission will be there that one will receive notification from Marketo directly whichever form gets edited.

This will help users to identify the changes in forms and also they will keep an eye if any critical issue may occur on live.

I would like to suggest this idea to Marketo support and implement in Marketo. Please let me know if this can be a good idea to implement.

@megh_16 Do you know about the asset audit trail? It's available in the Admin tab in Marketo, though there is no notification setup in there. That could be a cool feature!

@megh_16 @jacksi1 Yes I was going to suggest the Audit trail too, while there is no alert you can filter by person, date, activity to see who and when a change was made.

This could be a great feature. Similar to what we have for list import, this can also be a managed feature.

Especially when forms are used on live webpages and it's challenging to control the edits, at least when we get a change notification, mishaps can be avoided.

A
