I understand this kind of activity data will be archived after 90 days. Does it mean the data is not retrievable? Or is it just taking longer time to pull since it's archived?

Hey Amanda, sometimes you'll be able to view data value changes or other activity on an individual's activity log after 90+ days, but you won't be able to query on it.

You can request to be opted out of Archiving if it's very important.

Hello @Josh Hill​ & Amanda Song​,

you cannot completely opt out of archiving however we will consider requests to change the archiving period on a case by case basis.

@Dory Viscogliosi​ is correct in that you can still view these activities in the activity log of a lead, you just need to choose a custom filter:

which you can then set to look at archived data by choosing activity source:
