"Not clicked link" definition

Hello - I have an email and would like to send a follow up to all contacts to received the email, but either didn't open it OR opened it and didn't click. My question is, does the "didn't click link" filter include people who didn't open the email (since they obviously didn't click anything either)?

Not Clicked Link does not take any other activities into account. It means exactly what it says: they did not click a link with the listed characteristics.

 

They may or may not have had a chance to click such a link, i.e. they may not have received an email with that link.
