Not all campaigns appearing in "Add to SFDC campaign"

I'm trying to add members of a smart list to a SFDC campaign. I created the campaign 3 days ago and it is active. When I clicked on dropdown list for the campaigns, this campaign does not appear. Nor do several others. Why? How do I fix?

Is it visible to the Marketo User?

Can you type a bit of it in and does it show up?

Not sure what you mean by the first question - I'm the Marketo User.  And no, it doesn't show up when I start typing the title. I'm wondering if there's a limit to how many it pulls - we have lots of old SFDC campaigns that are still marked active and I'm wondering if that's the issue?

I can confirm that if you type in your full SFDC campaign name EXACTLY as it's titled -- even if it doesn't show up on this drop-down -- it will still add the Lead to that campaign in SFDC.
