Not able to retrieve all needed field via SOAP API

I am trying to retrieve lead data, and it seems that few fields that I needs are not coming through.

Precisely they are "SFDC Type" and "Updated".

I looked through the list of columns that are available, and those two are not in there.

Is there any way I can get those?

This is a known limiation that we plan to fix.  For now, you'll have to create a custom field and copy over the values from over the values into the custom field.
